The CBO Investment Grants component has been developed and tested under the QUDORAT one program promoting the complementary program objectives of empowering local Jordanian CBOs by employing learning by doing methodologies, and promoting local economic development through the design and implementation of innovative income-generating projects.

Based on the last two years of extensive experience working with local CBOs to promote local economic development, QUDORAT II has re-designed the grants management plan to leverage unprecedented resources from investment partners, capitalize and build on CBO capacities, and promote community participation in local economic development. Incorporating lessons learned, built on all MOPIC guidance and technical financial instruction towards a more transparent implementation published and ready for use by CBO Partners and QUDORAT staff, within the first year of the program.
