IGPs Awarding  phase selection Criteria

• Submission a full proposal for IGP that be sustainable and to reflect the ability of the CBO of using project management skills.
  
  
• IGPs feasibility studies have to be: reflect the exact cost of all project items, and market linkages( value chain indicators).
  
  
• IGP Project Management Unit (PMU) hired for the project ….
  
  
• Community member and major local stockholder are participate in IGP design and approval.
  
  
• 30 % contribution commitment from the CBO’s for the IGP, 50% of this contribution have to be finished in the core capacity building phase.
  
  
• CBOs skill development performance evaluation during the core capacity building phase.
  
  
• Clear IGPs work plan with the program over all timeframe.
  
  
• Full understanding of Qudorat working mechanism and methodology.
